On July 23, a meeting organized by Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province for the appraisement of DBC’s self-developed 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler was held in Chengdu. Mr. Yue Guangxi, an academician from Tsinghua University presided at the meeting.

    At the meeting, Mr. Huo Suoshan, Vice-President of DBC gave a brief introduction of the technical achievements of DBC’s self-developed 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler to the leaders and experts attending the meeting.

    The members of the appraisement committee listened to the research and development report of this boiler made by DBC as well as its performance test report and operation report and reviewed relative technical materials and drawings. And after their fully discussion, they all agreed DBC’s self-developed 1000MW ultra supercritical boiler passed the appraisement.
